JOIN OUR FAMILY!

Here at Saint Agnes Academy, we make every effort to provide an academically excellent school experience for your student at affordable rates. Diocesan and local financial aid are available. Tours, observations, and shadowing of classes can be arranged as well.

How to apply

We encourage families to apply online as it simplifies submission and provides parents the ability to track the status of their child’s application.

To begin the Online Application process:

  • Create an Account
  • Upon account creation, you will receive an email containing a verification link
  • Once your email address has been verified, log in to your account and Create A New Student Application for your child
  • You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application.

After submitting the application, you will be able to track your admissions status at the school by logging in to your account. In addition, you will be able to print the completed application, monitor when the school receives any applicable supplemental forms and, if necessary, reprint the forms.

A non-refundable fee of $100 must be submitted with each application.

Tuition for the academic year is set at $5,044 per student.

Parish sponsored tuition for the academic year is set at $3,952 per student.

Families with one student are responsible for selling 22 calendars ($220). Families with two or more students are responsible for selling 32 calendars ($320).

After school enrichment programs are offered for additional fees determined by the program.

Before and after care services are offered for additional fees.

There may be additional fees associated with special events or programs, which will be communicated with families in advance.

Financial Aid

Financial Aid is available through the Diocese. To be eligible for Financial Aid from the Diocese of Springfield, you must comply with the following requirements:

  • Must attend a Catholic school (home school education and online schools are not eligible).
  • Must be enrolled in grades K-12 (Pre-K students are not eligible for Diocesan Financial Aid).
  • Must be an active member of a Catholic parish in the Diocese of Springfield. This means that you must be registered, attend weekly Mass regularly and support your parish financially, according to your means.
  • Must demonstrate financial need according to the diocesan guidelines.
  • Must complete a new financial aid application through FACTS online each year.

Below are the Diocesan Financial Aid Application procedures:

  • Applications are accepted online through FACTS as of January 1 for the following school year. Financial Aid is awarded on a first come, first serve basis so it is imperative to submit your application in a timely manner.
  • To apply online, log on to online.factsmgt.com
  • Returning users, enter your username and password. New users, click Register.
  • Be sure to send FACTS your 1040 Income Tax Form for 2019 and your W-2 statement(s) for 2019. Please note: If you choose the “I do not file” field, you will be required to submit documentation of income.
  • Currently there is a $35.00 fee to apply for financial aid. Your application is not complete until all documentation is received, and the fee is paid. Please note: FACTS can take up to four weeks to process your application.
  • Once you have completed the application, please do not make any changes before contacting the Catholic Schools Financial Aid Office.
  • Completed FACTS applications will be processed by the Catholic Schools Financial Aid Office in rounds occurring in March, April, May and June of each year. Our process involves consulting with your pastor regarding membership, financial support, and Mass attendance. This process can take some time so please be sure to speak with your pastor to let him know that you have applied for Diocesan Financial Aid. After the pastor consultation, acceptance/denial letters are sent to families.
  • Applications will be accepted in FACTS until June 30, 2020 for the 2020-2021 school year.
